“When I’m happy, I just start singing the Manhan tune!”

Popular in Jungar Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Manhan tune is a national-level intangible cultural heritage and a folk-song tradition that has blossomed from the cultural blending of Mongolian and Han ethnic groups. 

A bearer of this tradition broke into an impromptu song, filling the scene with the warmth and exuberance of heartfelt joy.
