Recently, the launch ceremony for the 2026 “Bringing Hearts Together” Medical Charity Campaign was held in Beijing. Medical experts and volunteers set off for Lhasa and communities along the Qinghai-Xizang Railway, where they will provide free medical services.

A total of 650 participants departed from Beijing, drawn from 234 medical institutions, including some of China’s leading tertiary hospitals.

During the campaign, this medical teams will carry out a comprehensive range of public health services, including free medical consultations, mobile medical outreach visits, surgical assistance for patients with complex conditions, training for primary-level healthcare workers, and donations of medical supplies.
