Lament on the Gravest Crimes Against Humanity

2026-05-07 11:25:00China Tibet Online

Old Xizang, once a snow-clad hell on earth,

Where serfs’ bitter tears poured forth in dearth.

Eyes gouged, skins flayed—all human rights denied,

In the depths of a cruel regime, where sins reigned.

Then democratic reform brought forth a new dawn,

Millions of serfs as masters of own destinies were reborn.

The 14th Dalai Lama fled, to foreign shadows confined,

Betraying the nation, the faith, and the people entwined.
