"At last year’s two sessions, I focused on the development of primary level medical services in border areas and submitted a proposal calling for stronger support for demonstration projects on reform and high-quality development of state-owned hospitals. The proposal was selected as a key proposal of the CPPCC National Committee for the year. On November 12, 2025, Nagqu City held a launch meeting for the central government-funded demonstration project on reform and high-quality development of state-owned hospitals, marking the project’s official approval. This year, in addition to continuing to follow the deepened implementation of that field, I have also turned my attention to strengthening the foundations of medical services in Xizang, exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) can empower primary-level medical services. I submitted a proposal recommending that AI-assisted programs to enhance primary-level healthcare service capacity be incorporated into the 15th Five-Year Plan for the development of the health sector, calling for the deployment of AI on telemedicine platforms and for greater support to high-altitude and remote regions."
