Nanyi Valley, located in Mailing City of Nyingchi, Xizang, is renowned as “China’s premier destination for forest bathing” and “the highest green wonderland on Earth.” It is also recognized as one of the important birthplaces of traditional Tibetan medicine culture. 

Following the eco-friendly wooden boardwalk, we hiked about five kilometers deep into the scenic area to reach the Sky Pasture. Surrounded by pristine forests, we immersed ourselves in the vitality of every plant and tree, experiencing the plateau’s natural ecosystem in its purest form.
