With a longing for Lhasa since childhood, Kumar Khadka, the Nepali Director of the Confucius Institute at Lumbini Buddhist University, finally embarked on his dream-fulfilling journey. Recently, together with 18 international Buddhist figures from 9 countries, he traveled to China and visited major Tibetan Buddhist sites in Beijing and later in Lhasa, Xizang. On the eve of his flight to Lhasa, Kumar shared his wonderful connection with Xizang, especially Lhasa, and now, his dream for Lhasa is coming true.
